With the southern exposition and soils interspersed with clay amongst the slate rich terroir, Las Lamas is typically broader and more vinous in style compared to some of the other wines in the range. There is a black pepper note that is felt running through the core of this wine, combined with blueberry and sweet spice. There is a density on the palate, with firm, powdery tannins that give the wine its focus.
