2021 Benje Blanco, Envínate, Tenerife
The Benje Blanco grapes come from an impressive altitude of 1000 metres in Santiago del Tiede in Ycoden-Daute-Isora with notable Atlantic and volcanic influence. The Listán blanco vines are old and aren’t trained, which contributes to the wine’s wild personality. Expect a smoky and saline profile with a restrained white stone fruit concentration on the palate combining with a zesty acidity.
