The characterful white 2019 Escalada do Sil Blanco reveals notes of pollen, beeswax, yeasts and yellow fruit and some spiciness. It's medium-bodied with 13.5% alcohol and a round and dry palate. It's a serious white Valdeorras going beyond the variety.
