PSI is named after the owner and winemaker, Peter Sisseck as well as the Greek symbol that ressembles a bush vine. Peter has worked tirelessly in the region to retain their old, bush vines that many deem commercially unviable. Over 600 parcels from 20 villages goes into this wine, with an average age of 50 years. The 2021 vintage displays wonderful freshness and vibrancy thanks to cool nights in the region. There is bramble fruits and lots of complexity added by savoury and sweet spice. The tannins are powdery and firm, yet perfectly balanced with the wine's juicy core.
