With notes of acacia and honeysuckle jumping from the glass, alongside peach skin and grapefruit pith, the 2015 Pezas is immediately alluring. The palate is textured with layers of flavour - fresh fruits, flowers and hints of spice, and oodles of salinity. Still very young (even if it has you reaching for another glass) it's a wine that will benefit from a few years' ageing. Or if you want to drink it down, it's a white that will benefit from decanting.
