Made from the same fruit as the Reserva, carefully sorted and then very slowly and gently pressed overnight by a water filled bag (hence the name, tras nocho), Remirez’s Trasnocho is a modern take on a Riojan classic, traditionally drunk at Christmas by the winemakers and their families.
