From grapes picked in the last week of November, the 2010 ‘M’ is predominantly from the Loibnerberg vineyard. A mind-blowing wine, with notes of fresh ginger and nectarine. Unctuous, exotic and concentrated with a taut structure. Needs some time and food. Unique.
