As the Rhine turns, Lorch is one of the most prized spots in the Rheingau, with more precision and focus than elsewhere. This is very mineral. Really intense and silky, wonderful notes of wet stones, a touch of elderflower and grapefruit, but very delicate and lovely phenolics. And insane length. Brilliant at this price.
