So much lemon zest, and blossom on the nose of this 11% alcohol Riesling. Such precision but still richness. Indeed, Eva thinks this is the richest Seligmacher they’ve made. Honeydew melon, floral, elderflower, exotic character. Super complex. Clones from 1900, plantings 1900-1930. Clone had more Traminer in it, hence that slight lychee, rose petal character.
