What an elegant nose for this site from Graach’s Himmelreich (“Kingdom of Heaven”). Delicate and fresh, due to the cool soils here, with a lovely acidity and weight on the palate. It’s juicy and fresh with amazing density. Floral and delicate but with concentration.
