The vineyard of the sundial benefits hugely from the 80-year old, ungrafted Riesling vines (Phylloxera never made it to the Mosel) and delivers a stunningly floral nose of white peach, with a hint of fennel. This follows onto a lovely, almost creamy, texture on the palate and excellent structure from the naturally high acidity. A delicate, pretty and subtle Grosses Gewächs.
