This auslese has fine acidity and a beautiful floral character. It’s so fine and juicy, with lovely tension using 30% botrytised fruit. It’s so long and well balanced, with beautiful energy and fine texture. So joyful. This is wonderfully complex and long. 7.5% ABV.
