This vintage of Saphir is a great reflection of the vintage: one of the Loire’s best in recent decades. There’s a delicious generosity allied to great tension and energy on the palate. With great balance, and some fresh salinity on the long finish, this is a hugely enjoyable fizz that’s totally charming.
