Quartet builds upon centuries of Louis Roederer winemaking experience and based in the cool Anderson Valley, has established itself as the benchmark for premium Californian sparkling wine. Oak-matured wines are used to create a multi-vintage wine in the traditional Louis Roederer style. Quartet is made from 85% base vintage (in this case 2017) and 15% of a perpetual reserve of Chardonnay. Aged sur latte for a minimum of two years and with 12g/l dosage upon disgorgement, the result is a rich, biscuity sparkling wine with the elegance of Champagne but the sunny fruit of the new world.
