The nose is wonderfully open, with hints of toffee and nuts, and in the palate the wine typically reflects the natural richness of the outstanding 1990 vintage, supported by a lovely vibrant freshness and long, textured finish. A great example of vintage champagne at its best, this is a wine of terrific stature and intensity with a fine, ripe acidity ensuring longevity.
