2014 5 Sens Extra Brut, Olivier Horiot
The 5 Sens cuvée is made from an original blend of five grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier and Arbane), from five different terroirs, all vinified separately. It offers a seductive nose characterised by ripe fruit. The palate is vinous and dynamic, positively bursting with fruit (apple, grape and small red berries).
