2008 is an excellent vintage, and tasting this wine yesterday, I couldn’t put my glass down. Buttery brioche notes are balanced by pure, fresh fruit and floral perfume. The palate is rich but fresh, with fine bubbles and a delicious minerality. With excellent acidity and intense flavour, it is a Champagne built for the long haul.
