2007 Celebris, Champagne Gosset
Gosset's top cuvée is one of the most terroir-driven Champagnes you'll find. Its low dosage (just 3 grams per litre) and blocked malolactic fermentation allow the quality of the fruit - sourced from some of the greatest grand cru villages - to shine above all else.
