N/V Cuvée 739, Jacquesson

N/V Cuvée 739, Jacquesson

With the concentration and complexity Jacquesson achieve with the 739, you’d never guess it was from the “poor” 2011 vintage. Careful viticulture, ruthless selection and skillful winemaking have produced a Champagne bursting with zesty lemon and fresh pastry. Supple and long-lasting, this is a showstopping cuvée that transcends the vintage.

Tasting notes

Chewy and vinous, with lovely apricot yoghurt and fresh green apple scent. Not hugely autolytic, but does have an attractive salty note on the finish.
