Clos du Bourg is Domaine Huet’s most significant site for sweet wines, and this shows exactly why. Really exotic, spicy, full and gorgeous. There’s a fullness to the fruit, with mango and papaya as well as orange peel. There’s so much complexity, the flavours just keep unfurling. Not produced since 2009.
