The 2014 La Noué was one of the best red Sancerres we've ever come across, and the 2015 more than matches that. This is juicy and fresh, with the clever use of whole-bunch fermentation adding structure and lift to the palate. There's no element of over ripeness here, despite the heat of 2015. This is impeccably balanced Pinot.
