2014 La Bretonnière, La Taille aux Loups, Jacky Blot

Lovely texture to this Vin de France, which comes from the Clos de la Bretonnière in Vouvray, but that cannot use the Vouvray name thanks to the wisdom of the INAO. Rich pear fruit and ripeness, but incredible poise and acidity, with is really explosive on the palate. Delicious now, there is so much potential: a 2008 tasted with Jacky was simply amazing. The finest Vin de France (and one of the finest Vouvrays) you will taste.
