Vincent was one of the first producers in Sancerre to vinify his wines in barrel, but done so brilliantly as to not lose the classic character. The Nuance sees only a few months of oak for a portion of the wine, resulting in delicate softness and elegant spice notes. This is simply delicious, with core apple fruit, grassy lift and the requisite wet stone quality of the region. Textbook Sancerre.
