Made from grapes grown on chalky, limestone soil where Gewürztraminer thrives. The nose offers soft pear, lychee, quince and roses, which lead to a very fine, refined palate. Delicate but flavoursome, the intense tropical fruit is beautifully balanced by a lean streak of minerality.
