From one parcel in St Pierre de Boeuf, where granitic soils give freshness and aromatics, for me this is the most complete wine in the cellar. Analytically this has the perfect profile (according to François) with alcohol of 13.7% and 3.35 ph. Notes of pear and almond that are vibrant, detailed and long, this will be wonderful after a couple of years in the bottle.
