The white jewel in the Chapoutier crown from 140 year old vines lying above Bessards, on granite soil which is apparently ideal for truffles; yields were 12 hl/ha in 2013. Toasty with faint notes of beeswax and lemon oil, the palate is rich of texture with very high levels of dry extract - epic.
