The nose of this consistently brilliant cuvée has a fantastic scent of preserved lemon, with a sappy, resinous quality. The oily, spice-driven palate is superbly concentrated with rich, nutty notes on the finish. Incredibly long, this is savoury, serious Hermitage Blanc.
