This wine, which comes from two small parcels of vines, has a lovely aromatic and floral scent, which leads to a palate rich in spice, pear and apricot. Incredibly concentrated, but fine and fresh, it is very focussed with lovely viscosity and tension. The finish has a spicy, almost salty quality, which is deliciously muscular and lean.
