Guillaume’s Les Schistes is the new name for his Cuvée Classique, and is composed from parcels in the lieux-dits Viallière, Grandes Places, Verenay and Champon. It is, as always, a benchmark Côte-Rôtie, with wonderful freshness, and an ethereal, floral finish.
