Usually the last of Jaboulet’s plots to be harvested, this is an intense yet silky and sensuous Cornas, lacking any of the rusticity that sometimes afflicts this commune. There’s notes of dark berries, chocolate, and a hint of fresh black olive on the finish. Long and approachable.
