The product of a small harvest, this is a refreshingly traditional style, with a nose dominated by garrigue herbs and notes of cherry kirsch. On the palate the balance is faultless, and once again notes of herbs bring complexity and freshness to the core of juicy fruit. The tannic structure is firm but not over-extracted, giving the wine a potential to age happily for well over a decade.
