We haven’t bought from this estate for a number of years, but a visit and taste of the 2012 soon changed that. This traditional estate in Gigondas is run by three sisters, and the 2012 is produced from wines with an average age of 40 years, grown on the three classic soils types of Gigondas – clay, limestone and sand. This has produced a perfumed, spicy wine of great complexity with ripe structure and great potential.91 – 93 points, Jeb Dunnock, The Wine Advocate, Dec 2013
