The Cuvée Laurence is made from the same selection as the Reservée, but is aged for around a year longer in large oak foudres. The 2011s from Pegau are very strong, and this wine wears its extended aging particularly well with excellent weight and complexity. It is certainly well-deserving of its talented maker’s name.
