This is a spectacularly hand-crafted cuvée that comes from several individual parcels across the Côte Blonde and Côte Brune. Each parcel is fermented and aged separately, before being carefully blended to create a wine of superb definition. The representative blend we tasted had a delicate balance of deep, dark fruit from the Côte Brune supported by a floral, mineral backbone with textural tannins, delightful peppered spice and woodsmoke. This is a serious wine; savoury and juicy, with immense finesse.
