This wine is made with 100% whole-bunch vinification. Ripe raspberries and blueberries on the nose provide a lovely, pure and fresh aroma. On the palate, the fruit is deliciously juicy and somewhat warm, with quite a ‘bite’, adding crunchy, crisp acidity. There is pepper and herbal, liquorice freshness on the finish. This is truly remarkable St Joseph that represents the very best the appellation has to offer.
