2007 Cairanne, Réserve des Seigneurs, Domaine de L'Oratoire St-Martin
A supple-styled cuvée comprising 60% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah. The nose offers enticing ripe fruit, akin to summer berry compôte, with notes of aromatic herb. Layered, open and expressive, with juicy ripe blackberry and raspberry. There is a sweet dense texture here that carries considerable appeal. Very attractive, early-drinking Cairanne.
