Dominique’s Viré-Clessé is made up of numerous plots with vines aging up to 90 years old, with an average of 60 years old. This has gorgeous aromatics, with notes of yellow plum and greengage supported by spice and a steeliness. Everything is intense here, but in perfect balance. Outstanding.
