With 2.15 hectares, this is the domaine’s largest premier cru holding. This cuvée comes from just over half of that, from the vines around 50-60 years old. It has a richer and spicier structure than the Forêt. A very small amount of new oak peps up the voluptuous fruit. This wine shows off that more tropical, spicy side of Chablis with aplomb.
