We tasted scores of Chablis blind, and picked a winner. It’s no wonder: this Premier Cru wine, made by father and son team Jean-Marc & Julien Brocard, is from some of their best plots, made in the stunning 2014 vintage. Chablis is known for its stony, steely flavours with no oak, a crisp Chardonnay for those who prefer bone dry whites. Ours is a top example, not least from what is considered one of the best ever vintages.
