Situated right in the heart of the Grand Cru hillside, the wines of Valmur are typically terrific examples of why Chablis' Grands Crus are so alluring.This is one such wine: with a slight creaminess to the palate and excellent minerality, this is, once again, my favourite of Benoît's wines.
