2015 St-Aubin 1er Cru Les Pitangerets, Domaine Paul Pillot
Another example of how well St-Aubin has worked in 2015, with the altitude tempering the heat of the vintage. The fruit on this is warm and ripe, but always with great energy and a mouthcoating mineral texture. From a plot that borders Chassagne, this is very impressive.
