2013 Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru, Domaine Philippe Colin
The concentration of fruit on the nose sings through ripe red apples to stone fruits, with some tropical notes, although this is the coolest of the Grand Cru neighbours. Everything is wonderfully balanced: the texture, the freshness and the hints of spice and minerality. In sum, a complete wine.
