The berries used for this come from very old vines, some planted as far back as 1957. Perfumed aromas of honeysuckle and peach draw you into the glass, whilst on the palate a wonderful combination of acidity, freshness and chalky minerality with pear skin, green apple and lemon pith leads you through to the finish.
