2013 St-Aubin 1er Cru Les Frionnes, Hubert Lamy
"Frionnes" is a form of small bird, and the delicacy of this wine is worthy of such a comparison. Whilst not giving too much away at this early stage, hints of sea spray and a chalky mineral texture initially appear, leading onto ripe and rich orchard fruits which dominate the finish.
