2012 St-Aubin 1er Cru Les Pitangerets, Domaine Paul Pillot
Right on the boundary with Chassagne-Montrachet, Les Pitangerets benefits from excellent exposition. Beautifully fresh flavours of white flower and white peach dominate both on the nose and on the palate. This develops into a delicately creamy texture on the finish. This is very refreshing and with just enough weight to work well with meaty fish or poultry dishes.
