One of the Côte d’Or’s greatest value wines, this comes from a blend of two vineyards in Auxey, Les Bréterins and Bas des Duresses. One is clay-soiled and the other chalky, and the resulting in wine is the perfect balance of precision and density. It’s got delicious juicy fruit and lovely lacy acidity. Gorgeous. A wine to buy every year.
