2015 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux
Latricières benefits from cool air being drawn down off the top of the hills, so while the fruit character on this is exotic and almost opulent, there’s a glorious linear purity about it, too. Soft and supple with coolness on the finish, this is mineral and very moreish.
