This lieu-dit is a monopole of the domaine and the reason to bottle it separately from their ‘regular’ village Chambolle is clear upon tasting. On the one hand it is aromatically pretty and fruity, and on the other it is concentrated, vigorous and persistent with a texture which coats the entire mouth.
