Les Chaumes traditionally produces quite a dense expression of Vosne, sometimes lacking finesse. That is certainly not the case here; alongside concentration there is real elegance. Pure fruit flavours of raspberry, plum and strawberry are counter-balanced by perfectly pitched acidity and velvety tannins.
