Louis Boillot’s Les Angles is generally acknowledged as the best one can get from this vineyard. Pretty and floral on the nose, this combines fresh, leafy character and a quite tannic, muscular structure to the delicate perfume. The fruit from 50 year old vines manages to produce a wine that is forward and delicious yet quite serious and worthy of medium-termageing.
